Our Training Process
How do we start a new client towards breaking through sticking points, getting rid of aches and pains and developing authentic strength and fitness?
In a nutshell, our 4-step training process looks like this:
[1]
Body Analysis
Since most people have only ever trained their large muscles using conventional exercise, the other 90% of their muscles (the support system) are usually the weakest.
This is why your first session is a structural analysis of your body. We check your posture, mobility, flexibility, stability, strength, movement quality and range-of-motion. We use a variety of assessments including the Functional Movement Screen.
This helps us determine your body’s strength and weaknesses along with highlighting high-priority areas we need to focus on.
Where do You stand?
If you are in BLUE, then we can start to building strength & fitness.
If you are in the RED, starting to build would only add more problems. Most conventional Trainers and programs don’t have the ability to evaluate or develop a program for people in “red”. We do. Performing a proper structural analysis and developing a personalized plan to remedy the negative effects is a Signature Specialty of ours.
Our 3-step Restoration Phase has been successful in restoring structural balance and total body teamwork for many of our clients.
If you’re: over-40 and/or struggling with nagging aches, pains or recurring injuries, this is a critical first step in identifying potential root-causes to help remedy it.

Build Fitness
FITNESS – After the fundamentals have been restored, we can move on to the Fitness phase. During this phase we can now effectively build and stack AUTHENTIC strength, fitness and conditioning on top of your newly restored foundation.

Add Performance
PERFORMANCE - Once the 'Fitness' Phase is complete we can move on to the Performance phase. This phase adds more complex total-body exercises that challenge multiple body skills and abilities at the same time. This creates HIGHER-LEVELS of authentic strength, mobility, core fitness and durability.
What a 1-on-1 Session looks like:
Sessions are one hour. Depending on the needs of each client, it may be broken down as follows:
40-50 minutes: exercise time (warm-up, workout, cool-down and stretching)
10-20 minutes: for consulting Q & A, discussion on a specific topic and then scheduling our next appointment.
